About Us

Established in August 2015 by U.S. Navy and Army Special Operations personnel, MSG was founded to address critical gaps in security consulting, technology development, implementation, and manpower application within the global security, intelligence, and cyber communities.

MSG initially focused on international security operations, training land-based and ship-based security teams to enhance force protection efforts. Our expertise extends to conducting in-depth security assessments of critical port facilities, ensuring resilience against evolving threats. Additionally, MSG has played a vital role in combating piracy in high-risk regions such as Somalia, the Gulf of Aden, and Panama, providing strategic security solutions and specialized training programs.

Today, MSG delivers comprehensive security services to governmental entities, military and law enforcement agencies, private sector clients, national infrastructure facilities, and critical energy assets—including gas and oil installations both ashore and at sea. We also support commercial clients managing merchant vessels transiting high-risk waters (HRW), ensuring safe and secure passage through some of the world’s most dangerous maritime routes.
